Payment Options & Coverage
Generally speaking, our technology can be purchased from any one of the following Government Funded plans or packages:
- Home Care Package(HCP)
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Self-Funded Individuals
- You can setup fortnightly or monthly payment plan
- Payment plans are available for self-funded individuals and pensioners, and must be assessed by one of our team members.
- Can be purchased outright upfront
Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
- If you are eligible for CHSP, one device is fully covered with no out-of-pocket expenses.
- Geat2Go enables you to purchase a one-device pack via your assistive technology referral code. The only cost will be the assistive technology assessment conducted by our Occupational Therapist for $90.
Home Care Packages & NDIS
- If you are on a Home Care Package or NDIS, all costs are covered with no out-of-pocket expenses.
- HomeGuardian will work with your care/support coordinator for approval and payment

Pricing Plans
Our pricing starts at $450 and will depend on the size of your property and the areas within your home/unit that you spend most of your time in, and/or the highest fall risk areas. Most of our customers purchase a 2-device pack bundle. No, the User Portal is free to use, and access to the portal is covered in your subscription fee.
The SOS Button can be purchased either singularly, or in packs of three. Enterprise solutions are also available. To check the latest SOS Button pricing, please contact us on 1300 248 324.
At the end of your contract term, you will automatically roll into a month-to-month contract. If you no longer wish to use the device at the end of your contract term, please send us a written notice and our team will help to amend your contract.
Yes. The initial HomeGuardian contract is set up for a 12-month period.
The monitoring fee covers uninterrupted incident monitoring, remote device maintenance, and continual updates to our artificial intelligence. As our technology progressively gets better, your device will get upgraded automatically (no need to remember to do it yourself). The monitoring fee also ensures your alerts are automatically escalated upon incident detection. As a HomeGuardian customer, you will also have access to a secure User Portal where you can manage your emergency contacts and device preferences.
No. The price for HomeGuardian includes the device and a 12-month User Portal subscription fee for incident monitoring and alerts.
